Burgeon Sport’s Portable Modular Grandstands’ tip and roll way is for easy storage. It is a ideal solution to meet client’s auxiliary seating needs. After event or match, the Portable Aluminum Modural Grandstand is easily tipped up onto its swivel casters for movement and the caster brakes keep the bleacher from rolling when stored. All Portable Aluminum Modular Grandstands include non-marking rubber foot pads to protect wood flooring. The aluminum understructure/frame reduces weight for easier lifting.
Specification of Modular Grandstands
1. The frame of understructure is prefabricated 50 * 5mm aluminum angle joined by means of aluminum angle cross bracing.
2. Bracing adopts 40 * 5mm aluminum angle cross & horizontal bracing.
3. Foot pad is non - marking rubber foot pads to protect wood floors.
4. 2 *4 swivel casters is providing for ach frame for movement and caster brakes keep the bleacher from rolling when stored.
5. Chief Deck is made of 240*40*3mm Anodized Aluminum Alloy 6063-T6 Foot Plank, extruded with a concave and convex grooves for impact and deformation resistance.
6. Vice Deck is made of 240*40*3mm Anodized Aluminum Alloy 6063-T6 Foot Plank, extruded with a concave and convex grooves for impact and deformation resistance. (Double Foot Planks).
7. Seat Plank consist of 240*40*3mm Anodized Aluminum Alloy 6063-T6 , extruded with a concave and convex grooves for impact and deformation resistance. (Polymer Echo Seats are available)
